Orders of $150 or more receive free shipping.

At Beyond Jewelry, each piece of jewelry is hand-crafted and personally shipped to our customers.  We ask our customers to please allow us 2 business days for processing, and 7-10 days for shipping. If you need your order expedited, please contact us.

Beyond Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We do have a tracking number available if your item has not been delivered within the expected time. Please reach out to us so we may provide you with the tracking number.

Returns

We at Beyond Jewelry are committed to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please mail the product back. Must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase and be in like-new condition for a full refund, less shipping charges. 

Please request a return for shipping details, then send the product and a copy of your invoice.
